When you are told stay off the roads, you stay off the road. This is hwy 11 south of Gravenhurst.

I’ve driven on highways like that. Including once to go skiing, where it then proceeded to be 60 degrees and raining the whole time I was there.

I’m about 45 minutes south near Alliston, and it was like that earlier. But it was literally like someone flipped a switch and it immediately stopped. I <3 snow squalls.

I pulled a double at work clearing snow last weekend. I still can’t comprehend how much traffic there was. We got a lot (4"-6" is a lot for us) of snow in a hurry and it seemed like that was when every idjit decided that was the right time to grab the kiddos and hit Wally World.
GRRRR! STAY HOME!!

Yup, I was driving down Hwy 10 in similar shit at 2:00am this morning. Blowing snow = 100 ft max of visibility. Not for the inexperienced.

Nah. Apart from the fact that there are other vehicles there that can kill you, this is a perfect road to drive on.
I love roads like this. But I do prefer them deserted.
